I am over 200 pounds and wear 2x. The quality of these great. Very comfortable. As you are about the size of my daughter, I would say a medium should work for you. Congratulations on your baby.

I also have had csections and while I think these panties do help with concealing my tummy I don’t think these actually lift my tummy. Still very comfortable!

Yes they will show with the mid rise but not high waisted jeans.
