Superb!!!
I have always expect the best from Camilo. I have all his albums and I'm incline to say this is rank in the top three. In this album Michel Camilo and his eternal companion, the piano so it wasn't an easy task. However, you can feel his enthusiasm when he is playing standards such as Take Five, Love for Sale and well as the Cuban standard piece Chan Chan. Also you can hear his new version of What's Up and On Fire that superbs. Sandra's Serenade is a beautiful piece that believe was inspired by long time lovely wife Sandra. In this piece Camilo demonstrated that he is a versatile musician who can navigate with ease in any tempo. I highly recommend this album.
