Awesome chopper
Nice chopper the knife is well made, but the sheath on the other hand. Mine I don't know dried out and became very difficult to remove and replace the knife. I finally gave up on it and just made my own sheath for it. I also worked on the handle to make it less round.

A beautiful beast
As a military member myself I have always had an affinity for the Gurkhas and their history. This blade does well by that history. It is very sturdy and well made, came very sharp. I see that others had issues with the sheath, I had no issues with mine and would recommend this blade to anyone.

Real deal
Had to do some work on the edge but after that it was a razor. This thing had enough heft to chop and it adds confidence to use knowing it's not going to fall apart like the cheap Walmart crap

Solid, hefty, powerful - exquisite craftsmanship
I feel so fortunate to be the proud owner of this gorgeous, painstakingly hand-crafted work of art. This knife is thick, full-tang, huge, and heavy. A real beast. Raw, strong, and powerful. Sharp high-grade carbon steel blade with a mirror finish that arrived pre-oiled to keep it in pristine condition. A comfortable ergonomic natural wood grip. Comes with a fascinating handmade sheath (scabbard) like nothing I’ve ever seen before – made with white buffalo leather. Includes the traditional small Karda and Chakmak companion knives. I can almost feel the rich culture, history, and ancestry behind the purposeful design of this Kukri. I wish I could reach across the world and show my gratitude and honor towards the skilled craftsman who made this. I know that whatever life throws our way, or wherever we end up, or whatever we might have to face, we will have this incredible tool by our side to help us get through it. There is nothing this knife cannot handle. This is the very finest knife I own and I will treasure it for the rest of my life.

10 years and still going
I bought this kukri in 2014. It's been used on brush, trees, random wood, pallets full of nails (through said nails as well), briskets, bricks (not intentionally), and chunks of cement (hidden in the brush, also unintentionally). The edge has never rolled or chipped, no matter what I put it through. Just clean it, oil it, use a sharpening steel and occasionally a honing stone and this monster is perfectly happy!

Great knife, sheeth not so much
The kukri itself is bad ass!! I'm still trying to get the sheeth to fit. Apparently they don't try to fit the kukri to the sheeth. After some hammering on the sheeth, it went in about 2/3 of the way, but had a heck of a time getting it out. I'm sure that with several more beating sessions it will work. But I shouldn't have to do that!
