I drink these before and after drinking to fight a hangover. It also helps me stop my migraines in their tracks. There is a salty taste which I barely notice anymore.

I purchased this product before from someplace else and it was different; the thickness and taste. I'm questioning if this is just high-priced water??? I rarely write reviews but thought I should alert others before they wasted their money.

Now, this review is specifically to enlighten those of this little bottles magical abilities to ward off the affects of a headache, jet lag or hangover. I am in no physical condition to weigh it's use as a workout enhancement. Although, I hear it is extremely useful for those who do workout, but I am not one of those people, unfortunately.From time to time I have a few drinks on the weekend, and if I do happen to wake up not feeling 100% I take down one or two of these bad boys and I am right as rain within 30 minutes. It's honestly a miracle! I've given them to many friends in the same situation and they say the exact same thing. What would you pay for that not so good feeling to go away? I'm okay with a couple bucks.

I took these before & during climb for heroes and it did my body good! There were points in the climb I was running with energy. So not like me. I think it helped prevent cramping because a lot of other people cramped up and I drank two bottles of the water and two of the concentrate and felt great.
