I have been using this product for 2 years which I have been ordering from the NewGelPlus company so I know how to use it. I brought this item from Amazon because it was 2 day shipping and I am very sorry I did. It does not stick properly and loosens in a few hours. Will NOT stay in place for for even 2 hours. The sheet I buy directly from the company will not loosen and will remain in place until I remove it. I wear this product continuously removing only to clean skin and then reapply. It even holds tight when I perspire. It does work by diminishing size and softening scar, decreases pain,and itching. I will call Amazon customer service on Monday to see if this complaint can be resolved. Will post an update.

Seems to be working in terms of softening the large scar on my entire shoulder but the tackiness has worn off within 10 days (it was amazing at first). I'm allergic to every adhesive I know so I'm really pretty annoyed. This product is like 50 bucks and only comes with one sheet. Also, the silicone began significantly separating from the fabric backing after the first gentle cleansing. I am going to write the company to try to get a replacement or discount or something. **Update** TERRIBLE customer service. Called to see if I could get a replacement or discount or even tips to help with increasing the tackiness and the lady was super bizarre on the phone and kind of rude for no reason. Insisted I didn't have their product, which is insane since I have the product and the original packing. Said I bought it through Amazon and gave her the seller's name and was told they only sell directly to people. Wha?? haha Kept cutting me off when I was going out of my way to be polite, said she'd have a manager call me back. We'll see. 1 star for the quality of this product taking into account the specs it promises and the frustrating unhelpful customer service. If you're spending 50 bucks on a single product and it only lasts for 10 days, you're gonna be rude to your customer? Like, really...? **Update** Supervisor promptly called me and was exceedingly helpful and lovely.
