The quality of the product and packaging was good, meeting my expectations. But, the delivery staff's behavior was poor, the product was delivered very late, and the delivery boy did not help at all in shifting or moving the courier, i ordered 30 kg weight with barbells & other accessories.

This is one of best product for home gym, we can use it for life time ( material is stainless steel) Post sales service is very good I have received product with package tampered with small dumple rod missing and left vendor message with update. After a week I got message, they followed us continuously to ensure missing items are delivered to us( this itself indicates there professional approach and also ensure customer is always front, ensuring whatever is promised is delivered and also best quality) Kind of response and followup even for missing items delivered with tracking until reached to customer is flowles, customer bounding Material is stainless steel with very good quality, which I am sure will never damage, broke, etc Finally I recommend this item for personal home gym setup with best quality material
