This is light yet holds very strong. Just get at least a size bigger than you think. I am 5'3 and weight 135 and a large is just borderline fitting.

The size of this back support is the perfect fit for a shorter or petite person. The support stays are bendable so hey bend with movement without digging in.

The OTC Lumbosacral Support works well for being so light weight. It does shift a bit when I have to lean over, for instance when doing garden work, but it does help.

This belt is nice and lightweight; not bulky under clothing. But the two top stays can dig into your back unless you put it over a good piece of clothing. I bought it to wear underneath. The top trim fabric is also too rough. The velcro closure stays together well and helped as I recovered from sciatica pain.

I received this brace just 2 days ago and tried it yesterday and was impressed. I’m a small person and got the medium which was perfect. It worked. Did yard work, vacuumed, etc and this brace helped considerably. Light weight and breathable and I live in The Florida Keys where the humidity is terrible. I recommend this brace.

I ordered this back support and it is absolutely not true to size. So I wanted to exchange it, and to my surprise even though I am a Prime member I have to pay for shipping. I contacted the seller and they wrote back one sentence saying they do not cover shipping.Why anyone would order from a company who charges them shipping when there are so many that offer free returns? Poor investment, and even poorer customer service. Good to know though, I will never order anything else from here.
