Neat and clean and well dried product . I used it for cooking restaurant style Delhi Wale Chhole for Chhole Bhature .It produced good blackish tinge , typical Amla flavour and mild sour taste as was desired .

All amla is full of dust. The moment i put in a single piece the mouth is full of dust granules like soil. They are unclean and unhygienic. I threw them because the more i consume the more dust i an just putting inside my stomach. What toxity or stone it might cause inside my intestines is unpredictable and dangerous. Every bit was so soiled that i almost wanted to complain the fda agency about this product but don’t have energy for that. I won’t get my money back nor can stop the company from doing bad. But can make you people aware and save you so i am writing this here clearly.

I use these dry amla pieces daily. Best way: soak 3–4 pieces in warm water for 10–15 mins, they turn soft and easy to chew. Sometimes I crush and mix with honey or sprinkle on salad. For tea, boil 2 pieces with ginger, strain and sip. Keep it simple, small quantity is enough. Store in an airtight jar so the tang stays fresh
