What’s the difference between this small rig multi tool and the black, curved version that is $7 more expensive?

I don’t have the curved one, but it looks like the only difference is ergonomics

It’s a great tool but is there a pocket clip sold separately that can be attached to it? That’s the only thing missing.

I do not believe so . It comes in a pouch that is inside of a semi hard zippered case. It is all inconvenient and hard to access. A side case pouch that clips onto a belt or pocket would be much better. Even a metal loop for clipping onto a carabiner . A multi-tool should be handy to be best used .

No real difference. I'm extremely happy with this model. It has all the tools I need for photography and fits my pocket well.

The the tools replaceable?

The tool can be disassembled with an allen wrench. However, I've not seen replacement parts available. It is a great tool if you're working with camera cages and constantly needing something to remove and attach parts as it has just the right tools for that job. But if you're only in need of the tools at a bench you'd be better off purchasing a set of sae and metric allen wrenches and quality screwdrivers. The device has yet to fail for me and I use it all the time. And if it ever does, it's cheap enough that I wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again.
