Exactly what I needed for my Go Go Scooter. Items arrived early and well packaged. Just a simple swap out of batteries and I was on my way. I registered my purchase with seller online to get an extra 3 months warranty.

My batteries for my scooter came and I immediately started charging them for a trip the following weekend. I ordered them early enough to go through the break in process. Unfortunately they did not fully charge. I used them a little for the next 2 days and then plugged in each time. They still did not fully charge. I sent am email to the company to get a replacement set the next day. They were not able to get them to me fast enough so I had to find them locally. The shocking thing was that they responded to both of my emails quickly and had clearly read my emails. They also understood my emails. 95% of the time you send an email to a company and they clearly have not read your email or they don't understand what you are asking. This company did! I ended up not using their batteries but I will absolutly try them again in the future.

My order was lost in the mail by USPS and the customer service of this company was amazing. They went above and beyond in getting this replaced. The company kept consistent monitoring and they communicated with me multiple times. The product was described perfectly and was what we needed. We have several mobility units and batteries are essential. This battery holds a great charge and holds the power without lowering the speed or draining down. I strongly recommend this product and this company.

I ordered this battery Oct 2023 it started to decrease in power the charge wouldn't hold. Contracted the company and they are sending me a replacement in a few days

They don't make Batteries, like they use too.
