This brush does not get down into the weeds of a beard. It just seems to skim over the surface.

This is a great brush and a good fit for the palm of my hand. It’s boar’s hair which has a bit of stiffness to it but that’s needed for beard hair. I bought a second one for my vacation house.

I am new beard grower (few years now) and used to be irritated by the itchy and out of order growth. the first recommendation I got was specialized shampoo and conditioners. that helped but the beard still itched and wasn’t growing like I wanted. so some more reading and researching brought me to needing to brush the beard. ordered this brush and it has made an immediate and noticeable improvement. it looks and feels better. there is one part of my beard that is being difficult but I am already beginning to see improvements. should be noted that the area with this part of my beard has twisted growth mostly from the use of electric razors. the size of the brush is perfect and the bristles are very comfortable.
