I smoke brisket, tri tip, pork shoulder, and every other meat you can imagine using this butcher paper and its held up to the test. This is quality butcher paper at a good price. Can't complain about much here. These are my thoughts: 1. 17.25 inches in width is a little small. The picture attached is of a 13lbs brisket thats been smoked for 12 hours, and you can tell that the width of the paper isn't quite up to my liking. There are definitely ways around this, but pull out a ruler and check if 17.25 inches is enough before buying. 2. I haven't had any issues with unwanted rips or anything of that nature. This paper holds up to the test even after soaking it in rendered fat. Very sturdy. 3. I've been to custom meat stores and butcher shops and the price for this butcher paper seems to be a little less than buying in the stores.

I bought this butcher paper to wrap gifts, and I’m seriously impressed! It’s very sturdy and thick, which makes it perfect for heavy or oddly shaped packages. I also tested it with acrylic paint and chalkboard paint. Both held up beautifully without bleeding or tearing. One tip if you’re using it for wrapping gifts: use packing tape instead of regular tape. The paper is thick enough that normal tape doesn’t stick well, but packing tape keeps everything neat and secure. The cutting edge was perfect to cut the paper. All in all, this butcher paper is tough, versatile, and perfect for creative projects or rustic-style gift wrapping!

An absolutely MASSIVE roll, which is very nice to see. The box it comes in has a really strong serrated paper cutter, so that was nice to see. Can't fault it. Very good value for money also.

I use the pink paper to get my brisket through the stall or to rest any of my meat. This stuff is awesome and holds up. I rested my brisket in 170° oven for 10 hours in this paper with no issues.
