Are one week my daughter (19) and I (45) can tell a positive difference. We do take it on an empty stomach as suggested and I was concerned that it might leave a bad taste in my mouth like other supplements sometimes do but it doesn't, and it doesn't cause nausea either. Will be ordering again.

The product is very complete and I have no complaints. I was just surprised that they covered the expiration date. I don't think it's ethical to sell a product with one date when the actual date is different.

Purchased this product after an uneventful colonic. Was feeling bloated all the time and wasn’t “regular” and it’s showed. My energy was very low as well. I purchased on a Saturday, by Tuesday I was rocking and rolling and things were moving like never before, 1 one an empty stomach first thing in the am and the 2nd either 30 minutes before a meal or 2 hours afterwards (which I like because I’ll forget). I now feel less bloated, tired and drained and is now more conscious of what I eat, this is a game changer for me. No bad taste, no nasty burps. I’m ready for my follow up colonic to see if I can yield more results.

I took these for about a week and felt like they were helping, I noticed 30 mins after taking id go #2 consistently which was great and had no pain or discomfort. I was taking one at night and one in the morn, but decided to switch to just one in the morn and use my normal pro/pre biotic at night which started a week long issue of intense constipation. I couldn’t tell which pill was causing it and stopped both and still was mildly constipated for another week (I was traveling internationally over this time as well which added to the stress), but when I came home decided to try only this and not pairing with the pro/pre biotic again. And oh boy, it worked BUT also caused intense cramping and stomach pain to the point that I had to call out of work. I’m not mad at the product as I’m glad it is getting everything out but it is definitely not pleasant this time around.

I was constantly in the bathroom I had took antibiotics so I wiped all good bacteria out the first pill and I felt immediate relief highly recommend if you have diarrhea, stomach pain, or you feel bloated and full if you eat anything this saved me

This product is just okay. There are no major issues, but it didn’t impress me enough to buy again.
