For me it is a perfect fit. After the first try I ordered another pack. Well made. Stretchable and should wear well.

Does what it claims. It also stays in place without easily falling off in while wearing sandals. Other toe spacers that I’ve tried work by pushing against the next toe causing pain. This doesn’t hurt

These things work for my feet. They do slide a bit but the reason I know they work is because when I put them on they give a slight gap between my big toe and the fourth toe. I only have a slight bunion on my right foot but it separates the big toe from the other (slightly). At first you don't notice it but if you leave it on over night or during the day with comfortable shoes it starts to hurt. That's a correction your foot isn't used to. Again they're not very well made but they do work. Takes time. And remember the discomfort is due to toe correction. Move them to the top of your toes for better separation. And again remember they will slide.

I wear a women's size 6 and have a bunion starting. After reading many reviews for people with larger feet saying the spacer was too big for both loops and spacer size, I figured it likely would not work for that reason but gave it a go. Turns out the spacer is ridiculously small for me to be effective. It fits perfectly on my toes and comfortably in the existing space at the crease of the toes between the big toe and second toe exactly as if I were not wearing anything at all. There is zero separation being enforced between the top of the big toe and the second toe to prevent it from touching and, therefore, useless to function as a spacer to keep the big toe alignment straight and away from being pushed into the second toe when wearing a shoe.

Too loose on small toes.

I have a severe bunion and very sideways hammertoe. This item did not keep my toe in proper alignment at all. It was comfortable to wear, but not effective. It might work for someone who has a slight deformity but not for me.
