Brilliant steel.
Brilliant steel. No delaminations or twisting. Makes for a great knife and has a brilliant pattern. Definitely going to buy more in the future. I got Helpfull advice from the seller when i asked somw questions. The guy who hammered it out should be proud.

Very good material
Great pattern, had one minor defect and a little bent but I worked it out.

Not Hardenable!
I don’t know what this is made out of, but it sure isn’t high carbon steel. This billet wouldn’t take a quench no matter what I did, never passed the file test. Not hardenable, don’t use for blades!
