Loved the product and the service
Godrej is a popular brand and is trusted in the lock industry. There were other brands but I went to Godrej because of the brand name. The brand met the expectations. The service technician was a knowledgeable person. The installation was quick, professional, and the technician answered all my questions. So far we are loving the product. The NFC tags are easier to carry compared the traditional keys. Even though it may feel costly compared to the other products, you are paying the premium for a top quality product that can be .

No house is safe without Godrej lock
Godrej company is famous for safes and locks from a long time. We are happy customers of both the products. Our valuables are safe in a Godrej SAFE and house is safestest with Godrej locks. Mr Ravindra chary did a very good job in the installationnof our main door lock, with good knowledge and he patiently explained the locking system and demonstrated how to operate. He is very knowledgeable about the products. We are very happy with the locking system on our two door main entrance door.

Godrej services are worstWith 8 months it is creating problems and service agents very high headed ,they give call.15 mins before to reach your place and obviously as we working ,not available that time they cancel service visitFirst booked in June end se happened then 2 days back same happenedThird class services never purchase GODREJ LOCK

Decent lock which serves its purpose
This is no frills digital lock. Looks sleek and works well.The outer body is plastic. The inner lock is a simple single lock mechanism. It has a press button to open from inside which is very easy to operate. However the risk is that the kids can easily operate it and there is no provision of saftey latch.The RFID cards are very small pocket cards 4.5 cm x 2 cm.Overall a good lock which helps avoid the hassle of carying a physical key for shorts trips out of the house.I have installed an additional key lock for use when i need to be away for a few hours or more.
