This fan performs well, is quiet, and has convenient lighting options.Unfortunately, my fan had an issue where it would not go completely dark at night. It would continue to emanate light. This would force me to choose between sleeping with the fan on, with some light, or nothing at all.I lived with this for a few months before deciding to ask the seller if it can be fixed or replaced. To my surprise, the seller sent me a new fan.The new fan works perfectly and I am very happy. Go for this fan! Great company!

We asked for a replacement unit since the lighting stopped working altogether after just a few months. We're happy with the company's quick response in sending us a replacement unit. I guess, so far, so good. Time will tell.

Received quickly. But when I opened the box to check parts and instructions, found loose nuts and bolts. Apparently it was not completely put together. But was easy to figure out where they went. It definitely takes 2 people to install, someone to hold the light while they other connects wiring. The fan is powerful and quiet, the light is great. I have low ceilings, 8ft, so the low profile is good. But I didn't realize you can't reverse the fan direction. Otherwise all good so far, as long as I don't lose the remote.

I bought one of these and loved it. I ordered two more. Both of lights stopped working. The fan works but not the lights. The first one is starting to flicker now. A 33% success rate is not good.

I'm still waiting for someone to contact me about the dim light that stays ON when I turn off the light with the remote. Everything else is good. Easy to installed, beautiful appearance, quiet fan, different white colors of light. One con is that the air from the fan is straight down, doesn't circulate around the room.

This is quiet and really puts out a lot of air. Love the light and the easy use of remote.

We purchased this fan light 8 months ago. About 2 months ago one of the LEDs started flickering. Now many of the LED's flicker. It's super annoying. The fixture was fairly easy to install. The fan itself is ok and we like how it's protected as it's near a bunk bed, but it's frustrating to have to buy a brand new one after only 8 months.

We were looking for a light/ fan for our dinning room. We came across this one and loved the design. It is very quiet and easy to use and install. Great value for the price.
