Everzana Kegel Ball Exercise Kit For Women - Ben Wa Balls for Bladder Control and Pelvic Floor Exercise

I ordered these hoping to tone up pelvic floor muscles. I am a 30 year old mother of five- all vaginal deliveries. I was excited and tested them out as soon as I received them. They're pretty, I like that there's no grooves making it super easy to clean. Very soft material. I started with the single ball because I thought I wouldn't be able to do much. I kept it in for hours, but realized it stayed in place even if my muscles were completely relaxed. So the next day I tried the heavier one, but the same thing happened. It just stays in place. I tried it with lube thinking maybe I'm just dry, but they still stay in place with zero effort. This is my first time using a product like this so I don't know if they are the standard size but it seems like it's just too big. I still do my kegels as always but if I relax they do not come out which makes me glad they have that chord attached.

Apparently my pelvic muscles aren't as strong as I thought they were, because it is really hard to keep these little suckers in place. Granted I have given birth to 3 kids, but it's not like I'm peeing myself every minute of every day. I really thought it would be easy breezy. Guess I'll just have to keep at it.

Thus far I am giving this a 5 star because it came in a timely fashion with easy to understand instructions. The company was quick to answer my question that I had about the product. Also, the product is easy to clean. Lastly, I have been using the product for about a week and I can notice a difference. I cannot say how much of a difference just yet but I am definitely more aware on how to perform my Kegel exercise better.
