2 MONTH UPDATE: Had for roughly two months and noticed the backlight starting to go out at a pretty significant rate, originally just a spot towards the bottom I barely noticed eventually made it was bottom to top of the screen then other places started forming. Could've been caused by any number of things from general faulty part or maybe just bad luck with my unit. I emailed the company however, and despite not having the coverage from Amazon to protect it they gave me a shipping label to send the damaged one back and sent me an entirely new one to replace it with. Usually would reduce my rating due to how quickly the product had issues, but for the communication and customer service of the company it still feels like a 5 star product. Will update in another two months hopefully with better news from my replacement monitor. First impressions: overall impressed with the quality of the product. The stand it comes with feels very durable and the weight/sturdiness is noticeable; on my somewhat flimsy desk my old monitor would shake if I bumped the desk even slightly this one however doesn't budge. The back of this monitor has a plastic cover over the input ports to conceal and manage wiring which is a feature I haven't seen on other monitors. Image quality is fantastic, even without HDR turned on the colors are very vibrant.

//Arrival// The monitor arrived in perfect condition, the box is small but it seemed to hold the monitor from being damaged. They were using styrofoam to hold the monitor in place, which was not damaged even though the box had some dents and scratches. //Stand & Accessories// The stand for this particular monitor seems to be very interesting, it was easy to set up and reminds me of a giraffe. The usability of it was great though, it tilts up and down and took me about 5-10 minutes to install. There is 1 screw to hold the 2 bases together and 4 screws to hold the base to the monitor, just make sure you don’t drop any screws inside the monitor, you may have some issues getting the screws out. It comes with every accessory which surprised me. It came with a screwdriver, power adapter, HDMI, Displayport and the power adapter. I don’t use the stand because I use VESA. //Picture Quality & Color// The monitor has above average color quality and the screen is very bright. I think it's about 300cd/m2. The smoothness was what really impressed me. If you have a gaming pc like me with a GTX 3070 and don’t have a 240Hz monitor, you’re missing out, that's all I can say. I was getting really high FPS in League of Legends and Valorant. League was capped at 240 FPS while Valorant was uncapped. //Control Panel & Comments// The control panel is very simple and easy to navigate around once you get used to the buttons. There are speakers on this unit but they are not the best. But, let’s be honest, no real gamer actually uses speakers, we all use headsets. The screen looks super thin and I like the sleekness, but even then, it feels really sturdily made. Never heard of the brand GTEK but everything seems beyond my expectation so far. Will update within a few months! //Service// I did contact them with regards to the version of their display ports and they responded within like 3 hours or so and they seemed quite nice about it. From their website, they’re a California based company.

QUALITY. The quality of this monitor looks and feels amazing. The unboxing was quick and simple, and finished installing the monitor after 15 minutes of unboxing. While installing the base of the monitor, I noticed that the monitor was really thin and light. It wasn’t the regular bulky monitors you get from big box brands, however, it seems that they did not cheap out on the quality. It was sturdy and very well built. Next, the image quality was stunning, beautiful and crisp images and movies. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference from my 144Hz. After upgrading to 240Hz, there were noticeable changes when playing my fps games such as Valorant and Apex, the flicks were a lot smoother. USABILITY. For those that don’t know, you’ll need to go into your windows and set the refresh rate to 240hz or else you’ll stay at 60hz. I tried all the ports available on this monitor and they all worked. VALUE. Based on the price, this is the most value monitor you can get. All the display ports are able to push 240Hz given your desktop/laptop can accept 240Hz which is huge. The previous monitor was only able to push 144Hz on the displayport and not the HDMI. The bezel-less frame is also perfect for my desk and just looks really good. For value, I give it 10/10. The best monitor I have purchased so far.

This is by far one of the best monitors I’ve ever bought. The graphics are amazing!! The only problem I had was when I was screwing in the back of the monitor one of the screws did fall in between the space where you have to screw it in and the screen. Other than that it was a pretty easy set up, plus the monitor is super lightweight. So far loving this monitor.

Bought this monitor as my first monitor it’s perfect. The height adjustment was a little scary at first I wasn’t sure if it was meant to move but it does! The quality is amazing, brightness is perfect. The performance on it is top tier i definitely recommend this monitor. The color vibrancy is awesome and it’s worth the price.

Great for gaming and good price

Disappointed. Ordered this monitor for my husbands birthday so he can finally have a second monitor in his pc set up. His first monitor is the same exact one, that we bought a few years ago and have had no issues. But the new one, right out the box the power port connection is loose and doesn’t not hold the power cord in the socket. Blue blinking light on power button and the button itself is janky and doesn’t not feel the same when pressed, as the original GTEK monitor he has. Monitor would not turn on, and then decided to do what sounded like some sort of short circuit. It made some popping noises and smoked.
