TimexWomen's Easy Reader Date Expansion Band Watch

I have worn this watch for…. ever. I do replace it every 4-5 years or whenever it dies, but always get another. I like the easy to read numbers and indeglow light for middle of the night time checks. I wear it ALWAYS, except in the shower. I can push it up to do dishes or wash my hands. The stretchy band allows this and this style is the only one that is small enough to sit nicely above my hand without sliding down too far. I use the second hand to time my planks every morning. Yes this watch is a must for me. Would hate to have to pull out my phone every time I need to see whether or not I need to speed up so I won’t be late.

Been wearing watch in silver n gold color for years. Use glow a lot in dark theaters. Can wear out battery sooner. If you change battery n you only get a pale blue color at base of face n not whole face lighting up, time to get new watch. I usually have 2 in each color available so never run out

I made a mistake and bought a watch that wasn't a timex. Big mistake! Never again! This watch is everything I expected. I love it!

Timex is dependable

This watch is perfect for me. My previous one was worn out and I bought this one, which is identical to the other one. It's so easy to read the time and it keeps the time perfectly. It's a terrific little watch.

I love easy to read watches but I especially like that it doesn't roll around on my arm.

The reviews DID mention how small the date display is but I went ahead anyway... I'm very pleased with the watch, the numbers and hands are very clear and I like the light, by pressing the winder on the side. Very handy. I have excellent eyesight for a nearly-50 year old. Never needed glasses but I can see my eyes heading in the glasses direction and, sure enough, it's a real struggle to make out the date. I'd say if you're finding you're needing to hold things a little way away to read them nowadays, this probably isn't the watch for you. Otherwise, it's brilliant and definitely value for money!

I had downgraded my review as two of the slanted edged shiny cappings on the stretchy strap had fallen off (i think it is because the slanted edged caps which taper out to the face overhang the underneath of the strap so may catch on things) and the strap is not covered by the warranty so the watch looks a bit naff now - HOWEVER - i contacted Timex customer services and sent them my watch and they replaced the lost cappings (yippee! excellent service, only cost me outgoing postage) so I have just upgraded my review. I like the simple face, clear numbers, good indiglo backlight and that it has the date. No stupid clasp to keep coming undone. I'll keep wearing it, I am trying to keep it for best but just beware that even keeping it just for best you can still catch the strap and loose some of the slanted edged cappings.

Bought as birthday present after my wife damaged one of her other watches. This provides a great addition with some key features she does not have on others. Bracelet does not extend but stretches comfortably for relatively small wrists ( worth checking this) The display is another good feature as analogue display is clear and simple to tell the time. The addition of a backlight when pressed is great and easy to see in the dark. All in all a great value budget priced quality watch.

Great everyday watch - lovely easy to read face -- both time and date,not too thick,really like the Indiglo light ,didn't find the tick in the least loud but the strap is way too tight and I dont have particulaly thick wrists (17/18 cm). I liked the face so much that I have actually ordered the same watch with leather strap which was cheaper .

I really like this watch. and have given good ratings However BOTH the outer and inner box containing watch were open on delivery. How the open outer box didn't lose the open inner box is quite something. It really looked as though someone else had opened both boxes up to have a look at what was inside. Apart from that, it is a really nice looking watch, which is what I would expect from Timex.
