Love this stuff!
I totally LOVE this stuff. I do not use as medication, I only use to add some little taste to my water, flat or sparkling. I only add a drop for every 6-8 OZ. I have also noticed that it improves my "cravings" during the day where I I wouldn't think of munching on sweets or salty things as well as my cramps during menstruation are less painful.
