Can this be used with food grade silicone?

I would say no. I looked up the components of this product and they can be harmful if swallowed. I would not use it for any kind a baking or cooking even just to make a mold for food.

I want to dye clear silicone flexible hoses black. Will this work?

I dont think so. These dyes are meant for tinting un-curred silicone while mixing

You can not. You can get " A " broad idea from any answer.... What you will NoT find are the actual results of " A " allergy Test without consultation and actually having the "skin / allergy" test done in person because.. " a allergy " can and May be aquired at any time with Little to No contact or With Prolonged exposure to said specific dyes, materials. Ect. Best to find out what you can of course but nothing compares to supervised skin tests with preparations for safety your health/ allergin. Ect in controlled atmosphere as a doctors office. No, this is just a pigment to be mixed in other things. What you can try is a product called DragonSkin made by SmoothOn that is used for making special effects prosthetics (among other things). I suggest it because it is specifically for skin contact applications.
