I have updated this review. Originally I felt the fabric was rough. It is the only yoga towel that has kept me from slipping. I live in hot and humid South Florida. I do two outside classes each week. It soaks up sweat (I sweat a lot) and I do not slip on my mat. It washes and dries well with no issues. I am going to purchase a second towel so I don't have to wash between uses.

The yoga mat towel has proven to be a reliable companion during my hot yoga sessions. It has held up well through several uses, effectively absorbing sweat and preventing any unwanted slipping during practice. The quick absorption of sweat and the non-slip design contribute to a comfortable yoga experience.Cleaning so far has been a breeze – simply throw it in the wash, and it's good to go for the next session. The towel's ability to absorb sweat not only keeps me dry but also helps maintain a cleaner yoga mat compared to practicing hot yoga without a towel (although you still definitely need to clean your mat).Considering the reasonable price, the performance of this yoga mat towel makes it a worthwhile investment for those seeking a reliable and functional accessory for hot yoga sessions. And I'm happy to no longer be slipping and sliding every yoga session!

I love this towel. It does not move on my yoga mat during cardio bursts and dries quickly. I use this during every hot yoga, sculpt, or Pilates class. It is must with heated classes

I love it!! Pretty color too. I do 4 hours minimum of hot yoga a week - Today (Saturday) I did 3.5 hours of Bikriam, hot yoga, and hot yoga sculpt - and the towel performed flawlessly!! Will be purchasing a second.

This is great!! I have always wanted to deepen my yoga practice but being unable to hold my position in downward dog due to i guess the sweat building up was my issue. I am able to do 30 push ups at once no slippage, pull ups, no slippage but downward dog, even spreading my fingers wide, pushing in heel of palm, the thumb and index, all variation, no yoga mat allowed me to stick even the expensive kind!!! I throw this on and while it is new there needs to be a lil sweat and wear in it but it works great. They said spray it, it def prob would help I’m lazzy, but after having my hands in table top, and making the mat sweat or at least used to my grip ,i am fully able to perform downward dog no slippage. !!!! Highly reccomend. I put 4/5 so hopefully you read how to make it a 5/5 i was just lazy

It's the best hot yoga mat I've bought! It stays put on my regular mat and when I'm sweating I don't slip or slide.

Use it all the time, very good quality and helps with slipping

I ordered the gray towel with a white border, but it’s all gray. Other than that, it’s fine.
