I have three stethoscopes hanging around the house and got this one for outside use to have in a diaper bag when we go out.The two scopes I already had at home were quite good. One was a little more sensitive than I would want for just checking BPM. The two I already owned were a Littman and an ADC.For a cheaper scope this is really quite good. Perhaps not the most comfortable but swapping out the ear pieces helped a lot. It came with extras and I would recommend it to others who are looking for a starter at a good price.

I purchased this product for work. The first time it would not switch between the bell and diaphragm and there was evidence that it had rusted inside the head piece. I returned the product and gave it a second try. The second one had the same problem. If this is a product you are buying for your child as a toy go for it. If you actually plan on listening to hearts and lungs and picking up a murmur don't waste your money. Glad I bought it on Amazon which at least made returning it a hassle-free experience. Going with a Littmann instead.

For the price, this stethoscope works fairly well. It does have a lot of other noises that come into it if the patient or myself move at all, which is quite annoying. But, after trying out several others at this price point, this one was the best. I am currently only using it for measuring blood pressure.

Great Buy. Heard great things on this particular one. Found this one on other sites even Walgreens, Amazon had it the cheapest. ordered it on Friday and I got it Monday just in time for my class. Sound is incredibly clear

I find these earpieces extremely uncomfortable. Maybe my ears are super sensitive, but the earpieces are unbearable to me.

Fell apart with in a week. Ear prices constantly fell off making it very dangerous. Amazon won’t refund my money. I am a NICU nurse a need a stethoscope so I had to buy another one very disappointed in Amazon’s response about getting a refund

This is a very nice stethoscope. Got this for my granddaughter who is a certified vet tech. It has the longer tubes so that she does not have to have her head right close and in a dangerous position to do her evaluations.

I purchased this stethoscope expecting only a slight improvement over the dual-tubed stethoscope I already owned. I was getting an echo effect with the old scope and taking accurate blood pressures was a problem. I immediately put the Mabis Signature Scope to work in the busy family practice office where I work. The acoustic quality of this scope was outstanding and the weight was much lighter than expected.I have twenty years in the medical field as an EMT-Basic and now, as a CMA(AAMA), so I am easily able to recommend this stethoscope to other medical professionals also. You obviously don't have to take my word for it, but you'll be hard pressed to find a better scope in it's price range.
