Hi Stephen, the Harmonica is made in China.

Q: Can we use water and soap to clean this harmonica?

I would be careful with too much pressure into the harmonica (air or water). The reeds area very delicate. Of course it can get wet, but once you wipe it down, I would tap it out and let it air dry. I've taken mine apart also, but i don't think you gain much in cleaning it doing that.

Q: Is this Low G or Hi G?

I don't know about the Hohner Bluesband, but if it's like the Hohner Blues Harp, it will be the low G.

Q: what's the model number? is it the same as "Blues Band Harmonica model: 1501BX_133010" ?

i don't know,the only number i can find on the harmonica and the package is HS015792
