Please check if the hoof is caught in the wheel. If the hoof is caught in the wheel, take it out. 3. Check if foreign objects such as hair, pet hair, etc. is in the wheel and between the fork. My 2yo daughter got this for Christmas, and she adores it. It's easy to ride and has a decent turn radius so she can ride it around the house without too much trouble.
