Aside from the light on mine not working, which seems to be a standard issue that is not worth complaining about as n light of everything else that works LIKE A BOSS!!! I have used this to jumpstart not only my car, but other people’s vehicles, too, at least 30-40 times since I first charged it up, and it’s still starting my car up in seconds with no problem! I have faulty battery cables in an older car that I’m having trouble getting replaced, so my alternator has trouble keeping my battery charged up enough to start my car. So, during the periods the cables are loose and my car won’t start, I simply grab the box, pop the hood and hook the clamps to the proper terminals first, which sometimes will start the car by just doing that, lol, but usually once they are in place and I have the green light telling me they are connected properly on the correct terminals, I plug them into the main unit and race around to turn the ignition, which always starts the car up immediately. Then I hurriedly pull the plug out of the unit, so I don’t get the power sucked out of the charger, remove the clamps and throw it all back in the awesome carry case that fits easily in my glove box. It would be great if the flashlight worked, but I’ve got a really great flashlight that magnets to my hood, so it doesn’t matter so much. I would definitely recommend this for the price and the number of devices that can simultaneously charge on the thing when it’s needed for that. I spent a lot of research time comparing products, and I’m convinced I got the best deal out there!!! I strongly recommend everyone to invest in one of these for the just in case that will make this your hero of the day time and again!!!

bought this 16 months ago. discharged it once, and recharged. took a few hours to charge. put in my vehicle and would check the battery level every 2 months or so. then yesterday 12-2-24, went out to the car, tried to autostart, and car didn't crank. got in, and sure enough, dead battery. hooked this up, and within seconds i was able to start my car and get ironically to the dealership for another unrelated repair. now, if your battery has been sitting for weeks/months dead, this probably won't help you. but if you need a jump, this battery comes in handy. really saved me. after the jump, the battery life didn't deplete at all. still at 100 percent. seems to handle extreme cold (below 30) pretty well, but make sure you check the level reguarly and recharge as needed. this is a must have. so glad i bought one. ***update 12/12/25*** still holds a charge and performs flawlessly. now, if you use the pack to charge a phone or a vape, battery will deplete very quickly, one charge of my vape got the battery down to 37 percent. but battery recharges quickly with ac adapter. it's a good idea to check it once and month to ensure it is still holding charge. ive left in car in 18 degree weather with no drop in charge! this thing is amazing. do yourself a favor and order one today!

For three days now, I have been trying to get this product to work. It came out of the box saying it was 100% charged. I tried to use it then, no dice. I then charged the battery overnight from my home outlet, and it said it was 100% charged—I tried it again, nothing. I tried a third night, the car absolutely won’t turn on. I’ve watched several YouTube tutorials on how to jump a car, read this product’s device instructions front to back at least 2-3 times (frustrating in and of themselves, as they are clearly badly Google Translated), and I just could not make this thing work. Every time I clip the positive clamp to the positive terminal, and the negative clip to the negative terminal (or another unpainted surface as a ground), the light for this battery just turns red and it makes an annoying beeping sound. After several frustrating hours reading up on this online, I think I have found the issue. My car battery is so dead that I can’t even use my car keys to remotely unlock my car. The battery is truly at a charge of 0%. In cases like these, the jump starter is unable to function, because its “reverse polarity protection” does not allow it to shock unless it detects the correct charges from the correct cables—which isn’t going to happen in my case, because my car battery has no charge in it at all. Other jump starters have a “manual override” button of this “reverse polarity protection”, in order to allow you to use the jump starter on a completely drained car battery. However, this feature does not exist on this jumper. I will therefore be returning this product to buy one that can actually solve my problem. If you had a car battery that had a little charge in in, but not totally drained, this jump starter might work. I really don’t know, as I haven’t been in that situation. But for me, this might as well be garbage. I would say skip this product and search for one with a “manual override” option.

It came ot of the box saying it was 100% charged. I hooked it up to a car with a flat dead battery. (taking the car out of storage) ... Nothing! So I read the instructions. Charged every cell phone in the house until the battery was discharged, then charged it. I was taking two cars out of winter storage, both with dead batteries. Jumped the flat dead one. (Ford Ranger) It started right up. Jumped the second , a 2006 Mustang convertable, It started too . Went to my diesel sailboat. After we spent the weekend running lights , and radios and with a battery I need to replace, the diesel wouldn't turn over. I have a charger on board, but just to see, I hooked this up - It started right up. (Yanmar 2 cylinder) Jumped a neighbor and had to jump one of the storage cars because i didn't drive it long enough and parked it for a week. All this on the original , initial charge. It's amazing! It's light with a compact case and a small footprint. So much easier than Jump starts or hooking up a conventional charger and waiting for hours. A nice security blanket while on the road or on a weekend cruise in the boat on some remote island. I'm a fan...

I bought this device to keep in my car back in 2021 and I just had to use it for the first time and it works wonders!! I haven't charged it since after I bought it and it still had 100% charge. I'm a college student and I commute to school. My car has had many issues and specifically, it stalls a lot. The last time it stalled (yesterday) some triple-A guys decided to try to jump it and they had a portable Jump Starter similar to this one I have had for years. They used it to start my car and it worked great and today my car stalled again because my car hates me, and I pulled this out and really easily used it to start my car again. 10/10 Device I will be recommending it to everyone I know!!!
