Love this mug. It is large and hefty in a good way. You know you have a sturdy mug in your hand, tThe handle is large. I can fit four fingers in it. It would be perfect for a man with a large hand but also perfect for m= small hand.

It's a pretty standard large mug. Well made and durable. Solid mug.

Nice mug ... larger than the usual coffee mug ... just as I like them. But in scientific vernacular the size is "to contain" 20 ounces. That means completely full to the tip brim. So, one cannot drink from the mug if completely full. I rate it as an 18 ounce mug at most for drinking. For its size it is light weight and of thin construction. Over all a nice mug ... just wish that I could fine one that would hold 20 drinkable ounces.

Exactly what we need! We love to drink 14oz of coffee in the morning. I say 14 oz because that’s what our single serve coffee maker provides for as its largest setting. These 20oz mugs are huge and allow for the full 14 oz plus a little more and the creamer which is exactly what we need and want without spilling any as we walk across the room with a full cup.The handles are wide enough for us to get out hands around and are a perfect balance for the size of the mug. The black is the perfect color for us. The packing is thick band protects the mugs from breakage. I bought these to leave at our daughter’s home for our use. Now I’m going to order some for my home.
