Perfect replacement for a 2000 VW Cabrio. Fixed my check-engine light and let the car pass emissions testing. Perfect!
Vehicle: 2000 Volkswagen CabrioI always expect exhaust work to be difficult because the heat/cool cycles tend to cause a lot of rust and lock things together. I was pleasantly surprised that after soaking the old sensor with PB Blaster I was able to remove it and install this one. The plug was a smooth fit into the wiring harness and the lead was plenty long with what looks to be a high quality, tough jacket. After resetting the engine computer codes my "O2 sensor not ready" warning was gone and has stayed gone for about a week and a few hundred miles of driving. Emissions test: passed.

Totally on point
Exact fit a quarter the price of what you would pay for it in the auto parts store and work perfectly.

Look for better alternatives.
Yeah....just don’t. Very weak at the stem. Had everything set and ready to go, old o2 sensor off after 3 hours since it was caked onto the cat and then this. Had to walk to local auto parts store and pick up a Bosch unit. Pain in the arse. Giving a three star due to easy peasy return.

Failed after 4 months
Failed after 4 months in my 1998 beetle. You would think it would last longer considering the oem lasted 20 years. Take your chances or look someplace else
