I have successfully substituted applesauce for the oil. Delicious!

Best Chew-ability

I have tried 5 or 6 gluten free brownie mixes. This one came out on top for me. The texture was good and unlike several others this one was moist but not gooey. I like to put pecans on top when baking and there was not an issue with the addition.
