Fish oil is very good for you
E have been taking Cod Liver Oil since we were children. In our childhood it was liquid and horrible to taste but since capsules appeared on the scene both my husband and I take them every day. Were are now in our 80s and they are so easy to swallow. Good buy.

Bought as a double pack which was good value for money. Just as good as more expensive others.

Thought I'd buy these , because iv heard there good for pain in joints, but iv also heard it can take a few months for them to work, iv got problems with my back, havnt seen any difference yet, only time will tell, and there rather large, but easy to swallow.
