This is by far the best fan I’ve purchased to date. Easy to assemble, easy to operate and does exactly what it’s supposed to

The fan was bought for a teenage boys room. It works really well - we have gone from complaining about how hot it is, to complaining about how cold it is. the fan quickly brings the temperature in the room down and the 'ion' feature really works. The fan base is a little wobbly but it has been in action for a month with no issues. I would buy it again.

I was pleased to get my fan and opened it up and assembled it as soon as it was delivered yesterday. I switched it on and cooling air blew across the room. All the functions seemed to work fine. So why the poor rating? After switching the thing off and unplugging it, when I came to operate it again everything seemed to work apart from the actual fan; the temperature reading, the oscillation, the controls, the speed setting indicator, everything worked but no air came out. On the plus side it looks good and, when it worked, it worked well. The helpline was shut for the weekend, so I’ll call them on Monday and see if they will send a replacement, otherwise it’ll be going back to Amazon for a refund.

Purchased for the 40 degree weather. Arrived via prime. Massive box with another box inside then another box with product in. Base very hard to clip together and could snap if not careful. Nice looking tower fan. However on full power very feeble air flow unless sitting on top of it. When on swivel loud noise when swivels to left side. Display really bright which can be taken off when on but when unit turned off comes back on! Temperature display nice touch but useless. Is not accurate. Shows 3 degrees higher than actual temperature in room. Save yourself money and buy a normal large pedastal fan which will work much better.

This is a fantastic fan. The air is blown evenly and is great if you find fans cause a draught on your neck as this one doesn't. The noise level is low and I love the fact it has a timer. We bought two, but I think we will be buying more as needed. A great buy and good value.
