I find it very helpful, and I've been using it for several years. Enzymes are very important for good health.

I had pain in my gut for about 5 years which got progressively worse. Even staying on a diet that was free of dairy, gluten, grains, sugar, fruit, and pork did not help. When I added 2 of BPP tablets to each meal, a week later, the pain finally resolved. And now I can even cheat a little on the diet :) I don't know how long I will have to use this, but I really don't mind. Also: I say the gut issues are resolved "almost" completely because diet some bigger cheats (gluten+ice cream, etc.) still causes the pain to recur. But I am happy because it feels awesome to be free of the pain for the most part!

Thorne's quality is unmatched for the price. This enzyme is strong and effective.

A little too much acid in this, but I have a sensitive stomach so probably why. Good product and good brand all around!

I've been sick for ~3 years & was given PPIs to try to fix my bad reflux. I lost & gained much weight over that time, & generally felt like crap most of the time. Fast forward to a few months months ago, when I saw a very expensive holistic physician & on a hunch he recommended dropping the PPIs, & starting on BPP before meals. I don't know what the heck this stuff is (well, I kinda do because I have read some), but I am nearly back to normal. I can say this stuff is a lifesaver for sure! Thank you Thorne!

Far exceeds my expectations! For the first time in my life I'm having normal bowel movements, every day, every time. Goodbye to daily diarrhea! Also my post-meal heartburn has drastically improved, so now I can sleep at night! And now I can comfortably eat meat and fat without stomach pain and nausea. I was a bit concerned about the high price, but after seeing dramatic results in the health of my digestive system, I say it's worth it. Also, only 1 capsule per meal seems to do the trick. I'm buying this again.

These multi enzymes didn’t work for me. I have acid reflux and it gets bad and uncomfortable so I found buying the Pancreatic enzymes from THORNE work better for me. They are more expensive but last awhile..
