100% Organic Bread Flour

I bake a lot of bread, and this flour is the best I've ever used. Yes, it's more expensive than say, KA flour, but it is definitely worth it.

Hubby luvs to bake bread. So we just had to try this USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC Artisan bread flour. The grains have been ORGANICALLY GROWN IN THE USA on American farmland. I'm happy to support this employee owned & operated company.

Oh wow. Wonderful flour. You can tell this is different than regular store bought by how it handles. My next loaf of bread I will add more flour because the hydration was too much. Other than that, amazing.

Love this flour for artisan-style loaves. It's very easy to work with and if I don't forget it and let it proof too long :) it turns out with a perfect, soft but chewy crumb and a delightful crunchy crust.

Only flour i use. If you didn't know most modern flour is inundated with pesticides these days and this is one of many flours I buy I trust to eat can definitely tell it's better quality, do yourself a favor and stop eating garbage flour try these guys instead.

At this price some how I thought I was buying 10 lbs of flour, but it's only 5lbs. I did however, get a perfect boule in a chaotic house with everyone home. Normally, when a recipe calls for three or more kneading sessions and everyone is home and also the house is getting repairs so I'm getting interruptions and questions all the time, I thought this first boule would be all messed up when I didn't carry out the bread making process timely or systematically. It turned out to be one of the best with little fuss and did't become easily deflated with handeling. It arrived in good condition and was a joy to work with. The price is just out of consistent reach when I thought I was getting twice as much based on a quick assumption.

Good quality, tastes great in sour dough, works well for starter. Happy!

$21 bag of flour going straight into the trash. What a bummer. Not worth the money or the risk. I took a chance because several of the reviews were great but I didn’t get so lucky.
