Bag came with initials on it
The bag is in good condition but did not come as advertised in the pictures. It came with someone initials already on it when there was supposed to be none

Disappointed: Manufacturing Defect and Poor Customer Support from TUMI
I bought a TUMI bag from Amazon, labeled as original, but it came with a manufacturing defect in the zipper. When I contacted TUMI for a repair or replacement, they refused to help just because it was purchased through Amazon — despite it being a genuine product. Very disappointing from a brand that claims to offer premium quality.
