Received this weeks earlier than estimated. Impressive quality. I appreciated the many options for customization. Fit the existing holder perfectly. Seams and handles, everything is precise. It looks so good! My only regret is that I didn't purchase the cover to go over this because my hot tub is not a standard size and there are limited options for aftermarket ones.

Very happy with the cover - it fits great and is so light and easy to open. Shipping was faster than I expected and great communication with the company.

This custom hot tub cover is a perfect replacement for our old one.....it's actually a better quality than the original that came with our hot tub. It fits perfectly - I was worried about my measurements but looks like I got them right because MySpaCover was able to build my cover without a problem. All of the stitching is nice and tight. The vinyl cover is nice - thicker than the original cover and the color is just what I pictured when I ordered it. They beat their estimated delivery time by about 2 weeks. I like the 5 year warranty but I don't expect there will be any issues. Highly recommend this company!!

This product seems to be well-made and looks good; however it does not fit my hot tub because of the extremely poor customer service by this company. When sending in my order, I did not quite understand how they wanted the corners measured, so I put "maybe - need help" on the order. Then, that very day I called the company to get a response from them about the measurements. There are only two numbers given, a customer service number and a sales number. I called customer service and it went to voice mail, so I said please do not begin work on this order until we can talk and left my info. I then called the sales number and went through the same thing on that answering machine. I did the same thing for 6 days until I finally heard from a gentleman who said in a non-interested voice that I was too late because the product had been finished and was ready for delivery. i went through all the times I had previously called and never gotten a return call, and he said simply they were busy. The nice-looking product arrived and did not fit. They would not take a return and had already received payment. I believe this is the first time I've ever written a bad notice about a company, but I believe it was the worst "customer service" I have ever received from anyone.

This is a big-ticket item and I ordered through Amazon because I was confident of their support if there were any issues. Despite delays from the manufacturer and shipper, Mike (at MySpa Cover) came through for us. We had serious time-constraints and he was responsive and did what was necessary to work with the shipper to get the cover to us as promised. The local shipper in the Seattle area (Clayton Transport) was wonderful too. They called ahead and give me a delivery window - and then offered to carry the bulky box to wherever we needed. The cover fits like a glove and the quality is adequate. After my experience with Mike, I have no reason to think they won't stand behind their product. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from MySpa Cover via Amazon.

Wow what a great cover! Heavy duty! We live in central PA with frigid winter temps and this cover works great! We lost power for over 12 hrs and temps in single digits and our hot tub stayed fine. Definitely worth every penny
