No Assembly Needed, Ready to Go Right Out of the Box
I ordered this drying rack to keep next to my kitchen sink. There was no assembly need, all I needed to do was table it out of the box and place it on the counter. After using it for a few weeks I can say that it has exceeded my expectations. I love the unique shape, which is rounded, rather than the typical rectangular shapes that you see with other drying racks. The high sides keep water from splashing onto the counter. The water drains through a hole in the middle and then down into the sink via an open tube. I love that you are able to adjust the direction of the tube.

Surprisingly great!
I purchased three other dish drying racks designed for small spaces, and have been disappointed with each one, for various different reasons. I was eyeing a rack with a similar design to this one, but for $84, which seemed like an exorbitant amount, even if the results would be better. So I took a chance on this $20 knock-off design, keeping my expectations quite low. But I'm writing this review to say that this product defied every one of my expectations. This is the drying rack you want if you have a small space, need a product that gives an aesthetic lift to the kitchen while handling a surprisingly large capacity, and does a magnificent job of keeping water off the kitchen counter. My only nit with this product is that it didn't come with any instructions about how to attach the utensil holder to the rack. This may seem like a dumb problem to report, but in reality it's not intuitive to see where it should be attached. I had to go back to the photos on the product page to see where to place it. And when I did that, the true genius of the design showed through. The utensil holder looks, at first blush, too small and flimsy to be useful. Truthfully, I started looking almost immediately for third-party utensil holders that would complement this produce. But once installed correctly, I discovered that the utensil holder could hold a very large number of utensils, quite easily and safely.I recommend this product without hesitation, and suggest to the vendor that they include some minimal instruction on how to place the utensil holder.

Not as pictured
I was so excited to get this dish rack. However, the dishes do not stay upright. They fall to the side because the grooves aren’t deep enough.

Handy, cute simple design
I love the rounded, bowl-like design of this dish drainer. It is easy to clean, easy to stack up dishes. I also find it more attractive than most drainers. It fits in small spaces and you can position lengthwise or widthwise by turning the little drain chute under the drainer. The silverware pocket falls off easily but no problem because I don't use it anyway.

More Style Than Functionality
I wish I had not wasted money on this. The main issue with is my own damn fault, really. For that spout to work, your sink has to have no lip or a very small lip for the spout to have enough downward slant to drain the water (see the video review someone else posted -- that is a sink without a lip). I didn't think about this because we'd just moved into a new place and my thoughts were on our previous sink with which this would have worked. But our new sink has about a half-inch lip, rendering the spout useless because it held the spout nearly horizontal to the counter. Something to consider before you buy this. But even if the lip on the sink had not rendered this useless, I'd be disappointed. I bought this to dry the things that can't go in the dishwasher. I thought that that would be few enough things that a small drying rack would work. But without any slots and wires and hooks and stuff, the dishes were a messy pile -- and not a particular high pile, either, because the rack lacks the support to stack anything.I think this rack is best for one person who does not generate a lot of dishes in a day and does not have a lip on their sink.

A Wonderful Change ...
... from counter contraptions and, if you're lucky enough to have a "farmhouse sink", this will fit down inside of it so that you can wash and dry in the same space. The utensil cup is probably the only weak part here; it's not large and it's movable, so there's a balancing act you have to perform to keep the sections level/steady. Still, it was no barrier for me - this was perfect for my small kitchen space and a welcome departure from trays and racks and mats and all of that other rubbish.

a clean line vessel for your dishes
This is sturdier than it looks. It is light weight. I use it every day, it's self-draining feature is the bomb. You can't use it for a dinner of 6 but for a few dishes and coffee cups it's perfect. So nice, I leave it on my countertop all the time.
