I have Macular Degeneration and have difficulty seeing the menu in most restaurants. This magnifying glass is fantastic! It's not too heavy, it fits in my purse (although my purse is large) but the best part is it has 3 different lighting levels. It's now bright enough to see the menu and the print is large enough to read!!! I love this magnifying glass and recommend it to anyone with vision problems!!!

Exactly what I wanted. The only bad thing is it can easily be turned on and batteries wasted if you want to carry in a bag with you! I would suggest removing the batteries if you carry it in your bag to be able to read things.. as like being used as glasses!

This magnifying glass is wonderful. Perfect size and the LED lights make it even easier to see. My only complaint is that when they put this together they did not clean the glass very well and so even though I cleaned it there is no way to get rid of some dust and smudges on the inside with is very annoying

My vision is less sharp than it once was and I often need a magnifying glass, and I usually use the light feature. Works well and is very helpful. Regarding10x magnification: this refers to area, not linear dimension. So if a number or letter is 1/4 inch high unmagnified it will NOT be 2 1/2 inches high when magnified x10. But if something covers one square inch (a square one inch on a side) it will be 10 square inches magnified. A square of 10 square inches would be a little over 3 inches on a side (square root of 10). I have seen many reviews saying the magnification is only 3x, which is what you might conclude if you are thinking in linear dimension rather than area.

As I age, my eyes are not what they used to be. Lately, I've been collecting magnifying glasses, leaving one at every place I might want to read anything, because normal text is much too small & blurry for me. This glass is my favorite. Do not discount the value of the ergonomics. The glass is easy to hold & use. I don't have much use for the multi-colored LEDs, but I can see that it might be handy. The image is pretty much distortion free. A minor nit: I'm not sure it fully magnifies by 10x -- for example, this glass produces a more magnified image: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08K541BPW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s04?ie=UTF8&th=1 But of the two, this one feels best in my hand, the built-in lights are bright & useful, and the image is excellent. Between the two choices, I'd choose this one first.

Compared this to a model over $5 more expensive, and this one was the same quality with more lighting features. I bought it to look at the details in an art book in which all the pieces have been shrunk down to a large thumbnail size, and this provided enough magnification to be able to look at them without as much strain.

It was getting impossible to read fine print on instructional leaflets or directions for most meds...either over the counter or prescription! Being senior citizens, we knew we had to do something so that we would take meds as directed and not have any slip ups due to tiny printed instructions. This glass is perfect! We have gotten all our recent meds out just to see the print jump out at us, clear and easy to read.....and quickly saw that this magnifying glass is perfect! The very bright LED lights makes it even easier to use, regardless of being in a brightly lit room or dim lighting. We love everything about it...the size, the feel in the hand, the very sharp optical lens, and especially the ease to read small print once again! I am telling all my other senior friends that this is the way to go!

There is a lot to like about this magnifier - the LEDs are bright. Lens is crystal clear. Color of LEDs switchable between warm white or cool white.. Unfortunately the magnifier suffers from a lack of durability. If you drop it it is pretty much toast. The first time it happened I figured it was a bad light, so I ordered a new one. Within 2 weeks I toasted it. Suspecting this was a design issue, the magnifier had everything I wanted except durability. I decided to give it one last try and ordered a third one. It soon went the way of the first two. That's 3 magnifier in 6 months. I would say if you are in an environment where it never gets dropped, then this may still be a good magnifier for you, otherwise I would keep looking.

Légère et agréable à manipuler. Les trois type d'éclairage sont vraiment un plus. Elle agrandit vraiment bien les caractères, je l'utilise pour lire des cartes.

Gute Verarbeitung. Vernünftiger Batteriefachdeckel, der gut einrastet und so sicher ist. Der Knopf mit den 3 Leuchtmodi (Kaltweiß, Warmweiß, Mix aus Kalt- und Warmweiß) lässt sich sehr gut drücken und die Helligkeit ist somit jederzeit ausreichend. Die 10-fach Vergrößerung der Lupe ist genau richtig und nicht zu stark. Ich habe auch eine Lupe mit 30-facher Vergrößerung, was aber wirklich zu stark ist und nicht so passend, wie eine 10-fach Vergrößerung, die diese Lupe bietet. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. ;)
