This book Devil's Lair was an amazing read. It was really hard to put down. I wanted to find out why they wanted her killed. It is amazing writing and I can't wait to get the next book. I want to see what else is going to happen. 😎📚📖❤

It honestly wasn’t a great book… The writing in itself wasn’t very good. There were grammatical errors and some sentences could have been written way better. Also, the plot isn’t anything special…

I just loved the way this book was written so much! CANT WAIT till the next part is going to be released !!!highly recommend it

For those of us who have anxiously, not not very patiently, awaiting Anna Zaires' return to dark romance the release of this book could not come fast enough.  The second it hit my Kindle, I stopped everything and dove right in.  The second I finished it, I immediately ordered a copy for my bookshelf.  I am now anxiously awaiting book two of this duet!  For those of you who hate cliffhangers, do not fear!  It's not so much of a cliffy, it's more of a "I need to know what happens next, why are there no more words on the page?!"  It by no means leaves you hanging... so read away, no need to wait.As a Julian and Peter lover, Nikolai fits squarely in the middle and I AM HERE FOR IT.  He's got all the best of Julian's intensity and all the best of Peter's caring nature.  He is not a man you say no to, but he won't truly bulldoze you in the process - he will just leave you wanting MORE.  Chloe is a wonderful heroine, young but strong, untrusting but open to the unknown.  While both characters have their moments what draws you in is their unquestionable pull to each other... they are truly meant to be, despite how surprised they are to be in each other's orbit.Yes, there is a ton of danger here - Chloe is hiding something from Nikolai and he is hiding something from her.  But what I love about it is Anna clues the reader into some of the secrets - since the book is dual POV you end up invested in the secrets while also rooting for them to come to light. This entire book is a push and pull, medium burn that is perfectly written and executed.  But honestly, with Anna Zaires, I wouldn't expect anything less.

I found this love story right up their with my checks and balances. Hot Anti-hero check. Heroine independent check and drama with steam in the middle. I found the story very exciting bur for the life of me I thought her mom may have been killed because she knew something she shouldn't but imagine my surprise at the end. What I love most about the story is that Chloe is teaching Slava English and also kind of teaching Nikolia to show his feelings for his son. I can't wait to hear the story about how Ksenia kept him a secret from Molotov family. I love the direct contact with the story and yet the two lead characters did try to stay away from each other. Alina what is her story will she marry the enemy or will she find love somewhere else. I will wait cause this is too good to miss out on. Thank you for the story.
