Q: Does it harden so it can be sanded?

I used it to fill a very thin (<1 mm) crack. The consistency is a cross between glue and silicone caulking - so it’s hard to perfectly fill and scrape gaps. Once you’ve missed scraping it perfectly the first time, it’s hard to correct. The cracks I filled took more than 24 hours to harden. The filler shrunk slightly. It is definitely NOT sandable. Any minor lumps or bumps left along the way end up being rubbery. If you pull it, you can pull the entire filling out like stringy glue.

Q: How long does it take to dry?

This product is meant for very small cracks/gaps (<1 mm) - says so on the product box. The surface of the the applied filler dries very fast, but underneath the surface it stays soft and rubbery - which can take a whole day to harden. Even after a day, if you press it, it feels like hardened silicone bathroom caulking.

Q: My dog scratch a white wood door frame, can I use these to repair the frame?

If you mean the paint on the door frame is scratched then no. If the wood on the door frame is gouged slightly then yes I think this product would work for you.

Q: What might clean this out of carpet?

Acetone is another simple but effective way to remove resin, Resin is the main ingredient in the wood repair
