This brand new Artisan mate gourd is hand made, it is made from a calabash gourd and has a flame burnt traditional design, it comes with a traditional nickel plated bombilla (Metal Filtered Straw). This handmade mate gourd is approximately 3.00 inches in diameter by 2.500 inches tall and holds 5-6 ounces of liquid. Its is Golden Brown in color with burnt accents. This unique ball Bombilla is nickel plated. It is straight and measures 6.50 inches long. This ball design bombilla has a round stem that is popular with traditional yerba mate drinkers. This bombilla has a fixed ball filter and is equipped with a heat sink that keeps the heat away from the drinkers lips. It is a one piece bombilla with no removable parts. To clean you run warm water through the spoon end. Our artisan Gourd comes with curing and serving instructions.
