Great tool for educating your kids About self-awareness and self-esteem!
I like that it's not complicated and I can enjoy it with my son, we have some alone time together in a uniquely special way because of the wonderful cards on any aspects visual and text. As a cbt Practioner, I highly recommend this product, kids are the future it's important to start building good values and keep on the growth.

Excellent product
These mindfulness cards are excellent! My son and I are working on big emotions and these cards helped center and calm us down after our stressful days. We keep them in our calming corner and take turns reading them to each other as a relaxation exercise. My son always has a big smile on his face afterwards and seems to be at peace.

My kids love it! We read before bed each night
I have 3 boys, ages 10, 9 & 6. They take turns picking one before bed each night. It allows them to wind down and use their imaginative power. It’s incredible how it creates interesting conversations. There are blank cards to create your own Meditations too, which is a fun activity. We have a lot of added stress in our home because of divorce so this is definitely a positive mental and emotional tool that in my opinion has a positive impact. Definitely recommend this.

GREAT QUALITY AND GREAT IMAGERY IDEAS
In general I liked them very much, very nice ideas. However, I do think that the narrative could be a little improve with more hypnotic patterns, but in general I liked them very much.

Beautiful Cards
My clients love the colors, pictures and I love the durability, quality and guided imagery of these beautiful meditation cards. Cards are thick, feel matted and will last a good long time. The pictures are gorgeous and my young clients love the pictures!!!

Fun game!!!!
Fun game! I read one of the stories to my 6 years old daughter and her friend and they really enjoyed it. Great product, I will definitely use this product a lot with my kids.

My class of 4/5 yr olds enjoys choosing a card a day to have a meditation moment before lunchtime. It is relaxing to everyone including the teachers. They will frequently request an extra meditation moment at the end of the day.
