Although I was not happy that a DNA test was necessary; being able to take this one in the privacy of my home was a relief. Insrructions were precise. This DNA was easy to do. I purchased this test kit, mailed it in 2 weeks ago. No call from test center, I called them directly and left a voicemail and still have not received a response days later. Might want to find another tester as my experience was completely different from the other reviews which is why I picked this one. I am not tryin to get a refund or anything, I just want the results or even a call back..

Overall experience with product was great. Simple instructions to follow. I spent a little more for tracking because it is a important piece of mail. Results came in timely manner.

What a mess! I sent in the samples for both a maternity and paternity kit at the same time. It took well over a week for them to receive the samples in their lab, but when I asked for confirmation I was told that both kits had arrived and were in processing. A day later I get the paternity results but not the maternity kit results. Five more days go by, still no results, so I inquire again. Their response was that my results were processed and they sent me the paternity results which I had already received, so I had to explain a second time that I’m needing maternity results, not paternity. Now they tell me that they actually never received a maternity kit with samples so I have to get a replacement kit and send a new sample and fill out the forms again. What a pain! This process is stressful enough already and for it to take this long and to have to send multiple samples is just incredibly frustrating. Only giving two stars because they are friendly and responsive, but getting confirmation my samples were received then being told they don’t have them and then having to do the entire process a second time is unacceptable.
