Good folder, but it doesn't fit legal documents!! I bought it to keep our birth and weddings certificates safe, but it barely fits to the folder. Also there so many compartments and if you add 3-5 A4 size pages in each compartment then the folder barely closes. So better to produce it with less compartments and slightly in bigger size so your actual important documents could fit. On my opinion so many compartments are useless, especially if you place documents in each of it it cannot be closed easily. Also it cannot be waterproof as it has regular zipper. Outside of the case of course it is water resistant like all other regular office folders. Wanted to return the product, but found use for it anyway, but not happy with the purchase overall and it is not worth its value.
