Is the plant removable?

It is meant to be in the pot. It would take more effort to take the plant out and you would still have it attached to a base that looked like the pot.

does it come with installation?

The artificial plant is fixed into a black plastic pot, which can't be removed from the plant.

How much does this weigh?

I’d say a couple pounds maybe it’s small and very cute. The small black pot has like a weighed black foam like that the plant is stuck inside. My daughter has it at the corner of her balance on top of the window and it’s perfect and hasn’t fallen
