CAN-Bus Factory Premium Systems Replacement Aftermarket Stereo Interface Wiring Harness Compatible with Chrysler Dodge Jeep

I installed a Jensen CAR710W into my 07 pt cruiser to help it feel somewhat more updated. I bought an adapter kit to fit a touch screen head unit, and it came with a normal wire harness. That caused a ton of problems. The radio would only turn off manually, and it still pulled enough power to kill the battery if I left the car off for the weekend. The buttons for the head unit itself would also not illuminate, and my Bluetooth would but disconnect, even with the radio turned off. After installing this harness, the radio actually communicates with the CANBUS system, and the head unit works normally again. It also has better provisions for me to install my rear camera.

I bought this to make the Android radio I got for my 06 Charger work with the premium sound rear speakers with a sub. Most of these type radios for the Mopars are NOT setup to properly drive the premium sound amplified rear speaker setup some of these cars came with. I was testing the rear speakers and discovered the sub is actually working by touching the cone so I didn't need this after all. I do however have one more car that I need to upgrade but I'm not sure if it will needs this rear speaker adapter to work. If it does or I eventually find a car that needs it I will update this review. The instructions in the pamphlet it came with are easy enough to follow as far as what wires need to be connected together or changed to make this work The price was reasonable for what you get so I'll hang on to this just in case.

Tried to install per the instructions but it did not work out. Noticed that the steering buttons do not work. And the support website and product description doesn’t help very much at all. No support. Returned product and found the Maestro, which just installed and it worked!
