Just Strawberries
Used this for a Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting recipe and everyone loved the frosting. No artificial flavors and colors, just strawberries. I am very happy with the product.

Good for cookies
I bought this to make strawberry flavored sugar cookies, and they came out super tasty! I think it's a decent price, plus you can use it in so many different recipes. The color is pink, and it smells so good!

Sticky but Good
Great flavor and color but it’s sticky and clumpy and hard to measure.

Strawberry Boost
The strawberry powder is very good and smoothies and shakes. It clumps a little, but when you tap it as instructed it breaks free and dissolves nicely in smoothies with water or milk.

Great Way to Add Fruit to Smoothie but Difficult to Blend
I've been reading about plant-based diets, and wanted to add more fruit effortlessly to my diet. This was recommended as a good source. While it's easy to throw into oatmeal, smoothies, etc., the powder tends to clump and doesn't dissolve as well as I would like. Biting into sour powder isn't pleasant. As others note, the flavor isn't strong, which is also disappointing.

Perfect for Strawberry Pudding
This powder has a tiny bit of a sour taste to it, just like a fresh strawberry. Love it. I use it to make strawberry pudding and I’ve also made strawberry sugar cookies with it that tasted like jam. Strawberry Pudding 1/2 to 2/3 cup sugar 1/3 to 1/2 cup strawberry powder 1/3 cup cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt 2 + 3/4 cups unsweetened milk of choice (or water) Optional 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Optional 1/4 to 1/2 tsp strawberry extract 1. Set out container(s) that will be used (glass storage container, dessert bowls, pie crust, etc) on top of a hot pad. Container will be hot when the pudding is added. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. 3. Gradually whisk the milk into the dry until foamy and smooth. Mix in the extract(s). 4. Place mixture in a saucepan over medium-high heat and cook, stirring continuously with a silicone spatula, until mixture begins to thicken and form lumps, 5-10 minutes. 5. Remove from heat and vigorously stir for a few seconds to remove the lumps, then immediately pour into the container(s). (The pudding should be thinner than you would like; it will continue to thicken as it cools.) 6. Place cling wrap directly on the pudding surface to prevent a skin from forming. 7. Allow pudding to cool slightly on the counter top, then refrigerate until chilled.
