Valencia Tuscany Home Theater Seat - Nappa Leather Power Recliner with Cool Gel Memory Foam, USB-C/A Charging, RGB LED Lights, Adjustable Lumbar & Headrest (Single Recliner,Black)

I chose the Valencia Tuscany Theater Seating, two recliners and a Loveseat configuration, over other brands due to the quality construction, stylish design, and their many features. We were excited to have the built-in charging ports, ambient lighting in different colors, and accessory mount to really enjoy the most out of these comfortable recliners. Top, tough high grade leather surfaces will retain their beauty longer over time. Surprisingly, the time between ordering and delivery was shorter than expected, and all four pieced arrived in perfect condition. They were easy to set up and we were reclining comfortably in just minutes. I highly recommend Valencia seating over the other brands I researched due their quality and luxurious presence.

This chair is everything that I hoped it would be and more! The motor(s) are quiet and smooth. The leather is beautiful and appears to be high quality. The seat cushion is firm, supportive and comfortable. The head rest and lumbar support are exactly what I needed to prevent neck and back pain. This recliner is about half the cost of motorized recliners that do not have an adjustable head rest or lumbar support. The plug does not have a ground on it, so I plugged it into a on/off switch with a ground then on a power strip. I do not think it is a good idea to leave the power turned on all the time. I will plan to turn it on/off using the switch on the power strip. It does not have a sleep mode; it stays on as long as the power is on. The only negative is that the recliner currently smells like plywood. I believe that the arm rests are plywood wrapped with leather. I expect the smell to dissipate in a few days. As such, I am not lowering the rating.

As a recently widowed septuagenarian I was a bit hesitant ordering the Tuscany recliner. I realized from the description that some assembly was required. I also know up front that it was heavy. Still I really liked all the good points: power recline, wall hugging, power headrest and lumbar, cup holders and the availability of accessories. Sitting on supple Italian leather was a a definite plus. Well the chair had everything I wanted and then some so I took a chance. Valencia contacted me shortly after the order was submitted to verify delivery information and provide me with information for tracking the shipment. A nice touch. The chair arrived two days earlier than the original estimated delivery date, which a was great. It was packed in one rather heavy box. The instructions printed on the box called for turning it over - twice to facilitate removal of the box without damage to the contents. It was much too heavy for me to do that. I instead very carefully cut the box open, being extremely careful to not to let the blade penetrate more that the thickness of the very thick cardboard. First problem resolved. The two sections were well wrapped in two protective layers. The chair still had a layer of plastic and cardboard under the bottom preventing me from sliding it, but lifting a corner at a time I could remove the blockage. I then needed to detach the lumbar and headrest power cords connecting the chair back from base so I could move the two pieces separately. I was then able to tilt the base onto a furniture dolly and move it. Once the base was in position it was easy to slide the back onto the base and reattach the power cords for the lumbar and headrest. I plugged it into the outlet and voila I was done. The chair Is very roomy and very comfortable. The leather is soft, supple and very nice to the touch. The lumbar is a bit high up for me, I'm 5'6", but once reclined I can slide up a tad and am in the right place to make use of it.. The headrest is awesome, allowing me to position my head in the most comfortable incline. The power movements make it very easy to get in just the right position. If I could add anything at all it would be a quick return button that would return to the sitting position faster than the positioning button. I would also add a note to the box that the assembly instructions can be found in the armrest compartment and print the instruction QR code on more than one place. The QR code on the box I received was damaged beyond usefulness. All that being said I love my new theater chair!!

This is the most comfortable recliner I’ve ever had! The leather is beautiful and this recliner has two motors to give you a custom fit. Provides Great support for my back and worth every penny! Absolutely the best product on the market! Incredible product.

I went back and forth on this, because I bought a Seatcraft Pantheon from 4seating and I hate it, it's not comfotable at all. I bought it direct from 4seating so returning it would have cost me 600 bucks so I kept it. I do like this chair, it's pretty comfortable but it's still not as comfortable as some older theatre seats I got from Wayfair made by latitude run, which is disappointing so I knocked it down a star. It is also a bit shorter than I prefer but it's the same size as most single chairs out there so that is what it is. I am going to keep this as well but my main lounging/gaming chair still eludes me.

I placed an order with for 2 sofas and they the date of arrival was a surprise. They actually came a week early, which was a pleasant surprise. I was dealing with an illness and wasn't able to receive the sofas. I called Amazon where I purchased them and the were very pleasant and did everything the could to accommodate the delivery. Once I was home and able to unboxthem, I was very pleased with the quality and care of each piece. After putting them in place, I decided to order the chair. They're soft and the moment you touch the leather you just melt away. Quality, touch, look, and comfort of these theater seating are absolutely amazing. Will order more for another room of my home. I am overly happy with my purchase abd will absolutely order from them again. Customer Service was understanding, polite, and helpful. They walked with me throughout the entire process until it was completely finished. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks to everyone who seen me through the entire process.

La mejor opción para sillón individual si lo que quieres es estar aplastado viendo la tele o jugando videojuegos. Si pudiera reclinarse más en una versión nueva podría dormir ahí lo cual sería algo muy bueno. En comparación con la competencia no le pide nada. El cuero es de primera. Puedes ajustar el cabezal para poder recargar la cabeza de manera muy cómoda sin mayor problema a diferencia de la competencia, algo muy importante.

This chair works very smoothly and is quite comfortable. It is smaller than I expected but perhaps that's because my previous chair was over sized. It also doesn't go back as much as I had thought but is acceptable.

The recliner was promptly delivered in one box. The chair comes in two parts. To install the back onto the chair is an easy process and then to connect the electric harness for power, etc.. It does take two people to move the chair into place since its heavy. Once you have the chair in place, sit in it to adjust the various controls for your comfort. You'll probably not want to leave it. It's a fabulous recliner and feels amazing to watch your screen, read or just relax. Its dimensions will accommodate just about anyone. I will come back in a few months for an update. The seller, Eastporters Home Theater Solutions and more specifically Bethany, are wonderful in their complete support through the whole process of ordering, shipping and post delivery. A great experience, now sit back and relax, you've earned it.

received 1 montth ago . so far so good . the vendor said gone a come in 2 parts . the base in a box and the back in an othe box , but came un one big box so would'nt be able to get it inside the door . it was late in the dark i could'nyt see the wires interconected the back and the base together .. ia was worried to destroy something by pulling the back alone .i left it outside all the night . the day after i opened the box , you have a way to deconnect the wires . you can then take the back alone . the base was pretty heavy and peinefull to get it inside .. i fixed it inside . make sure you hear two clicks when you fix the back . till now working very well . Lombar and neck comfort excellent i m 6 ' 7'' it 's ok for tall my feet exceeds out a bit but that's the biggest size i got and after all it 's correct . i recommand

I needed a chair that would have adjustable lumbar support for my back and be comfortable to watch TV, this chair provides what I needed and more. The headrest adjusts nicely plus the chair also reclines smoothly to various positions, the movements are very quiet. Another great feature are the deep storage pockets under the chair arms that operate hydraulically. This chair is used in our TV room, if I had a home theatre I would not hesitate to order several.
