Copied my gate remote. Worked perfectly.

Opens neighborhood gates and garage door. Very easy to program.

My neighborhood gate has a single button remote that my HOA charges nearly $100 to provide an extra remote for. This 4-button remote copied the signal from my original remote after a couple tries and opens the gate just fine, and it costs much less. Bonus, I can also configure my home's garage doors to open on different buttons. It's basically the same as the Homelink feature that is in some cars, but it's portable.

I had trouble programming it. But finally it worked. It has amazing range.

So far have copied two garage clickers (for two different buildings/setups) no problem.The process is a little funky (pressing the top left button, then pressing the top right four times), but it absolutely works.One tip is to hold down the button garage clicker that you're trying to copy, and move it towards/away the XIHADA device. I found this to be the most reliable way---just pressing the button 2-3cm away as the instructions say yielded inconsistent results.A feels a little pricey, but seems to be priced competitively from the other options I looked at.
