The product is totally different than what's shown on website. The electric outlet and electric rating are not compatible to work in USA 110v. This is 230v production. This is junk and waste of time

it doesn't grind wet stuff at all and get' overloaded even at less than half capacity. we tried making batter and neither it grinds well nor works properly even on one third quantity.it overloaded even with very less amount of wet rice.i would say find some other grinder. not good for Indian cooking need at all.

Not a good machine, I bought it despite bad reviews but will have to return this item. Does not do the job at all.

This product is very bad . And it’s definitely not worth the money and can’t be used for dosa or idli batter . It keeps going to overloading mode even if you have Filled less than half the capacity of the jar. And and even after trying for so many times . Can’t grind the proper dosa batter . Never purchase this for Indian cooking . I would give ratings in negative if it was possible
